Need Sprite class for icons.

Hello,
I find this plugins good and need small changes.
I need Sprite class to add icon. something like this <span class="Sprite SpProfileEdit"></span> in the list items inside the link.
something like this
<li class="Popup"><a href="/profile/myprofileedit/admin"><span class="Sprite SpProfileEdit"></span> My Profile Edit</a></li>
At the moment I get <li class="Popup"><a href="/profile/myprofileedit/admin"> My Profile Edit</a></li>
There is always a solution with _js append_ but still would be better with small update in plugin.
