When using categories2menu plugin w/ bootstrap theme

How can i fix that so the discussions become a dropdown?

This plugin only works for themes that use a default.master.php. It does not work with bootstrap theme

if it is really important to you, you could start from scratch and try to design something or modify something in these 2 discussions.
