ImgurUpload doesn't seem to work with vanilla 2.2.

The last update was in july so I'm guessing the author hasn't abandoned it, but I tried enabling it and it didn't show up for me.

what didn't show up? the plugin in the dashboard? did it enable?

you said you were having trouble enabling other add-ons as well. e.g. eventi.

try downloading a different addon and see if you can enable it.

are you sure you can enable other add-ons, did you get an error.

where didn't it show up for you? did you have trouble enabling. does it show enabled? post a screenshot.

I don't use the plugin but you said you were having problems with other addons so it makes me wonder.

what editor are you using? what format?

Pragmatism is all I have to offer. Avoiding the sidelines and providing centerline pro-tips.

  • Most plugins enable fine, and work. Eventi was being strange, but it eventually worked.
The thing with ImgurUpload is after it's enabled and the imgur info is set, there should show up a button in the new discussion panel that would say: Add images. As per this post:
    https://vanillaforums.org/discussion/31255/announcing-the-imgurupload-plugin/p1

    But it doesn't.

    Debug isn't set to true.

  • @Kiori are you still having trouble with this? The functionality around that button has changed a couple of times. In the current release the button's behaviour is configurable in the plugin settings page.
