Category Title Display

How to do this, I notice other Vboards show the category title above the discussions is this suppose to be automatic or do we have to enable it I also am unable to remove the welcome notice that shows on index, well I can remove it but then it shows it again everytime I click on category is there a way to turn this off ?

    I'm really not sure what you mean? If you chose a particular category then that name is at the top of the discussions list otherwise it says all discussions?

    Isnt the welcome notice an extension now? Just disable it?

    that's what I thought too but it doesn't appear on my end, when I click on category the only thing uptop is the welcome message it's not the welcome guest message in the sidepanel, its the one above the dicussions there's no ext for that one that I'm aware of its default in the language file

    i don't see an upload button to show screenshot, its the welcome to vanilla msg and has a link remove me, its the only thing that shows above discussions, I wonder if its due to using the jump menu on the side panel

    Oh right that thing. The category name should be just below it, is it not? I dont have a completely fresh install to try it on. What happens when you remove it?

    when I remove it, it just appears again and the words "All Discussions" appear on all the categories lists but no category title

    am I the only one having no category titles on the pages ? its a fresh install so can't understand why it wouldn't be showing up
