Vanilla 2.2.112.3 - How to show previously hidden categories

Hello everyone, I'm new here and I hope you can help me out.
Does someone here know if/how it's possible to show a previosuly hidden category via this option here:
I don't seem to find a way to make it appear again, not even in the dashboard, I hope some wise Vanilla user in here can guide me through this

In the sidebar panel, look for a block with this text:
The "followed categories" is selected by default. Click the "all categories" link and then the hidden category will appear with an "Unhide" option you can select.
