"Live Stream Page" Plugin v1.1.0 Released

Update v1.1.0 for the Live Stream Page plugin has just been released.
What's new:
- Live status indicator is disabled by default as it requires a valid client ID to be enabled. Twitch now requires client ID for all calls to their Kraken API. Although this article states that this was put into effect on August 8, 2016, this seems to be a recent change. If no client ID or an invalid one is passed with the API request, it will return a "bad request" status code in your web browser's JavaScript console.
- Added config setting for Twitch API client ID.
- Bug fix: front-end CSS, JS, and definitions no longer get added to admin dashboard pages.
- General code clean-up and code comments added.
