Basic Pages currently doesn't integrate with Vanilla's search function. The search results view outputs each result with the following metadata: author, author photo, and date created time. These are required by Vanilla's search model, but they are superfluous for pages.
I like the idea of having pages show up in the search results, but only the title and body text (condensed by the search model) for pages should be displayed. Perhaps the search model could be modified to not require the metadata or have the ability to disable the output of it for a result.

Add Pages to Vanilla with the Basic Pages app
It would be nice if search was supported. I am using Basic Pages as a knowledgebase. 😊
