New message blinking yellow

I've created my own theme for Vanilla from scratch. But one thing that doesn't appear, is the new messages blinking yellow when they appear after you submit them. I figure the AJAX-thingie that does it uses smth from the .css file, but not sure, what that is. Can anyone give me a hint?
