Adding Banners

Hey everyone,
I would like the ability to add banners (not adsense) on my site that can be linked. I tried searching for things like Banners in Addons but did find anything. Can someone recommend an Addon that can be used for adding banners? For example, ones that will display on the header and/or footer areas of the site?

you can add any image, banner, and link you want with the pockets addon to header footer panel or web pages.
