Update Vanilla Forum CMS from 2.0.18.8 to 2.2.1

Hi everyone.

I have tired to update my forum to version 2.2, and I had to luck.

I looked into previous posts, but couldn't find a step by step guide how to upgrade your installation.

By the way, I am using Coda on Mac, should I "merge" the files or "replace" them ?
