Changes to CSS not appearing

I made couple of changes to steamcustom.css but they do not reflect even after clearing cache.

Also I spot incompatibility with YAGA as the reaction avatars below comments are appearing as big as regular ones instead of miniature

    • To make changes please write your own CSS code to 'design/custom.css' ...
    • This theme does not support third party plugins but
