    The connection parameters you specified failed to open a connection to the database. The database reported the following error:
    SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] No such file or directory

    That is no Vanilla specific error. Based on doing a quick search, it seems like using "127.0.0.1" instead of "localhost" might help
