Confirmation Email Notification - Welcome Aboard! - how to fix ?

Hi, I'm using Vanilla 2.3

Text and Link are mixed, where and how can I fix this ?

I solved this problem by changing Email Format from PlainText to HTML.

however, as you can see in my attached image, is there something wrong in the php code about PlainText.
( I didn't adjust the original codes )
