The comment ratings are included in the html source, but your theme interferes with the plugin and that's why you cannot see it.
I'm really bad at writing CSS code so I guess I wouldn't be of much help solving that problem. I'm also not sure if it is even possible to write the style so that it works with the standard theme as well as your theme (which I think looks truly awesome!)
If adding an additional div somewhere is needed to style it, please make a pull request or drop me a note and I'll add it and upload a new version with your styles included.
