I finally configured register setup. But something is wrong.

There wasn't any captcha, just had to click one time, I suppose it is a javascript challenge. But in my language their note was not according to the option given.
Something like: Write the code from the image
In english it is just Security Check
Where is the image code

Either secret code or public code were wrong. My mistake
