where do you set up reCapcha?

I'm trying to signed in as a new user and I get:
reCAPTCHA has not been set up by the site administrator in registration settings. This is required to register.

You have to go in tout Dashboard -> Registration and fill the two fields with the two reCaptcha keys that you get here:
https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin (You need a Google account)
