Nice plugin but too bad it doesn't work on iOS devices like iPhone.

No. It requires Adobe FLASH. if your mobile does not support Flash media, it does not work. You need to use a mobile browser such as Photon , in order to be able to use Flash media. This is not the fault of the plugin and it can't be made to work on browsers without flash.
You really do not need to use this plugin on an iPhone because mp4 and mp3 can be played with Quicktime format by simply clicking the link for the song.
