Is the Zendesk integration Vanilla Cloud only?

Zendesk suggest there is an integration with Vanilla forum which would be super handy for us. Is the fact I can't find it in the addons directory anywhere a dead giveaway that it's cloud only?

    Welcome to the community.

    From the link you provide:

    You will want to have a Zendesk account and a Vanilla Forums hosted account.

    So, yes would be the answer.
