'Announce' buttons don't show a CSS pop-up; rather they link to a full page reload

I seem to remember there being a little popup when you click one the 'announce' button for a discussion, but in Cloudy Pro it takes me to a full new page after a couple of redirects. Any ideas @ThemeSteam ?
