Forum stoped working and not able to Install New as well

We are using vanilla forum from more then 6 months in our own hosting server. But suddenly it stopped working .We don't have any idea why it's not working now.
then we tried to upgrade this to Vanilla 2.3 but it's keep giving some errors like undefined function or Class not found.
We decided to install new forum but still we are getting the error with message something went wrong.
We are able to install the same in our local server but not in hosting server.

Anyone can please help me on this why I'm Not able to install this? and what will be solution for this?

Chances will be much higher if you provide more detail: "stopped working" is like "Doctor, I'm feeling sick - do you have a cure?"

Please add $Configuration['Debug'] = TRUE; to your /conf/config.php file and tell us the exact error message that you get.
