@Codi, you can use the web inspector to know wich CSS tweaks you need to apply to thoses elements.
Just find the unique css identifier for those thing (this is what I love with Vanilla, all elements have unique CSS classes !)

If you want to display user roles, use rôle titles.

And yes, you can use CSS ^^
Just do a right click -> web inspector with tout web browser on the title ^^
