after installing the vanilla forum, can not open the forum

i have installed my forum on the sub-domain name: community.marginnote.com but for some reason i can not open the community.marginnote.com

If I look for:

community.marginnote.com

I get to your site.

However, www.community.marginnote.com doesn't work.

Talk to your host about why that is.

Talk to your host about https, but depending on what your forum is for, you may not need it.

thanks for your kind reply but there is another issue

i have configured the social login following the instructions but the login is not working at all.

i indeed put the facebook app id and key into the vanilla facebook login settings and do i have to upload some script or codes to my server? i understand do i have to put the code in my website
https://developers.facebook.com/docs/facebook-login/web or vanilla will do this automatically for me?
