Need a image uploader with drag and drop functionality

I searched the addons but I couldn't find a addon that gives image uploader with drag and drop functionality. This community forum here uses a cool drag and drop and from desktop uploader.. how can I get the same.. my editor looks almost similar to editor in this community forum..

Simply use the Advanced Editor that comes with Vanilla, it has drag and drop like here, you need to use 2.3 version of Vanilla.

thanks I disabled the image upload in categories that's why it was not showing.. now it's solved.
How can I enabled it with code?
