How to add google+ as default registration method?

Greeting,i wonder how i can add google+ as registration method.I already added google+ as sing in method but when user clicks on register he is redirected to register page and when he get there,there is not google+ button.Further thanks for help.

In order to use the Google+ plugin you have to do some setup. You need to regiter an app in Google and have to enter the credentials in the setup.
