is there some addons working to add 2-3 pages on vanilla and connect in the menu?

Yes there are, simply go to the link bellow and put in the search bar the key word Page or extra page, or basic page.... or pages...

Yes I see it but a lot not working like vanilla cms and page menu

I do not understand... those plugins create pages and can add links to the menu. You can do anything with those plugins.

I upload in ftp but I not even see in plugin page for activation

Basic Pages is very well suited for what you need. It is an "aaplication" not a "plugin". You would have to upload the unzipped folder to /applications and afterwards you can enable it in the "Applications" section in the dashboard

@caygri, to link a page on the top menu with Basic Pages, you can enable the "Show header site menu link?" option when editing a page. Alternatively, the Add Menu Item plugin will give you more flexibility with how links are arranged.
