PUSH Notification Not working, Kindly Support(Phonegap)

Hai,
I would like to know the Step by step details of "How to implement push notifications in PHP based webapp".

Issue: Actually i want to implement this to get a notification (to my mobile app) as soon as the user when get notification through portal (Web Application).

I'm using mysql as my database, Apache as my server.

    Not a vanilla issue but others have asked this in the past. You should try this they have a free version.
