Not allowing me to make new badges?

When I attempt to make a new badge (want to create the qna badge, but error is for all) I get these errors, "Target is required.
Comparison is required." How can I fix this?

Did you make the badge ? Is there an image of the badge somewhere ?

Please test the latest release from GitHub
That is a known compatibility issue with Vanilla 2.3 which should have been fixed with the newest release from YAGA
