After submitted, it says successful, but the from isn't emailed to support?

After the user submits the form and it says successful, I don't get the email with the form they submitted. My email address is configured in config. Would appreciate your help @vrijvlinder , since you created the plugin.

You have to make sure that you can send emails, ask your host. This works just fine.

@vrijvlinder , I have asked and I am able to send emails. Not sure why the plugin doesn't work. Is there a solution you could provide? Are there any alternatives?
It works for me.. not sure what to tell you.

@vrijvlinder , Are there any other plugins or options?
Look carefully at the file config.php $Configuration['Garden']['Email']['SupportAddress'] = 'example@your_mail.com';
@kopna , checked it and it seems to be correct. Not the issue, but thanks for your help.
If the support email is a gmail account or a hotmail account it won't work. It must be web mail that you set up using your domain. for example
contact@open.vanillaforums.com

@vrijvlinder , yes, it is my domain email.
Did you look in the junk bin to see if it was there? This is the simplest plugin there is. All it does is send email. If it said it was successfully sent, it was. otherwise it would display an error.
I have no problems with this plugin on many installations. You should look at your server error log while you attempt to send an email.
It is difficult to diagnose what could be wrong. Just use a
mailto:contact@mysite.com
link on the menu ...https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_link_mailto
