notice 'please allow cookies' on sign in

if cookies are turned off and you login vanilla you are sent to the startpage without any notice that login failed... then when i try to send a message i grasp that im not loged and switch on cookies (but other users might not even know that cookies are turned off) what you think? (or is this something for vanilla core?)

i believe you can add a warning in themes/people_signin_form_nopostback.php. just make a copy of it in the themes/vanilla folder and modify the copy.
