Changing default tab?

Hello, when I point my browser to the vanilla url I always get to the Discussions tab. Is there any way to change the default tab? I tried to change positions of tab (set default to 10) but no luck. Anybody can give me point of a file to start?

    I'd like to know this too and I couldn't find any documentation on it. Would much prefer to have Categories as the default. Or even be able to get rid of the Discussions tab altogether - seems that it would get pretty useless once you had a large community. Would be good to have this both changeable at admin level and user level too. But at least at admin level is important.
