From the Extensions page under Settings:

Should there be... (A) a <br /> or such after the author, so that the URL doesn't (B) scoot under the checkbox but line up with the rest of the text?

If anchor tags were allowed in the extension information comments (as attemped at least in this example)* (C) it would be easier to implement where you need to run a PostBackAction-whatever-it-is if required after enabling an extension.

* From this extension's header information:
Description: Adds predefined attributes users fill on application or at their personal information page. <a href="settings.php?PostBackAction=InstallPredefinedAttributes"> Click to Install after enabling the extension</a> or go to settings.php?PostBackAction= InstallPredefinedAttributes
