request: close tag extension

I'd love an extension that checks for tags left open in posts and then closes them automatically. Leaving a link without a </a> renders discussions non functional. Thanks!

    The Html Formatter will close any stray open tags (and vice versa for close ones), and I think the kses-based formatter will as well.

    It's only in the latest version and you have to set it to (I don't think it does by default) by changing one of the definitions within the file (it's all well commented, just follow the instructions).
