Creating Badges In YAGA 1.1 Fails

I'm running Vanilla 2.3.1 on shared hosting, and whenever I try to create a YAGA "Reaction Count" badge I get the error:
Target is required ActionID is required
Any thoughts?

The github version doesn't address the issue, it just crashes my site upon activation.
I've also tried this on a fresh install of Vanilla 2.5 alpha with the same problem.
Please use the current master branch from GitHub: https://github.com/hgtonight/Application-Yaga/archive/master.zip
That should solve this issue
