The User Block / Unblock

edited July 2005 in Vanilla 1.0 Help
Does Vanilla parse the rude words into & # 0000; for each letter? cause that would rule! people could swear away and then folks who didn't like swearing could block the html and surf away it would also stop stuff like websense [w00t]
