Can't organize categories [RESOLVED]

Hello
So today I went to re-arrange my categories and it will not let me drag/move them...
Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

    I tried clearing cache in my history and tried a different browser

    Did you delete /applications/vanilla/controllers/class.settingscontroller.php and cleared your cache directory afterwards? The dashboard (esp editing categories) was screwy for me until that.

    edit: This is if you did a 2.3 -> 2.5 upgrade. Oops.

    I had to go back to 2.3 because 2.5 wasnt working for me.

    Maybe I should try deleting it and redownloading the file for 2.3?

    I finally got the upgrade to work for me so I no longer have this issue

    I unfortunately do not know what caused this
