Cannot delete users or Threads?

in Vanilla 2.0 - 2.8

I dont know if this is an issue with the theme or vanilla

But when I try and delete a post (when I am viewing it) it just gives me the loading sign forever. I can delete the post/thread when I am viewing it in recent discussions but if I am viewing the actual comment/post and click delete it does not.

It also is not letting me delete/ban members when I am viewing their profile. Again it just gives the loading sign
But I can delete/ban when I am in dashboard

Any ideas?

    I guess it is the theme + some plugin. Look at the JavaScript console for errors

    I am using BootStrap as my theme

    How do I view the JavaAcript console?

    It really wont let me edit anything
    Cant edit my picture or signature
    It just gives the loading sign

    I tried switching themes too

    NVM fixed it

    I switched the BootStrap theme to a different option. I was using the "United" theme

    So I disabled Button Bar and that fixed the issue
