Dashboard error - Call to a member function getKey() on null [RESOLVED]

Installed the Bootstrap theme and faced an error, deleted theme and updated cache. I now get the afore mentioned error.
Any hints/tips?

    Fixed it. the theme cache was corrupt.
    Copied another themes config and adapted that. :)
