Changing the Registration text

I'm trying to find out how to change the "Why do you want to join this forum?" text on the Apply for Membership page. I've run a search for the phrase in all the Vanilla files (not just the Language ones where I assumed it would be) and couldn't find it in any of them. I also ran a search in the database but couldn't find it there.

Anyone know where I can find it so I can change it? Thanks.

I think it's part of the extended application form extension isnt it?
