I just installed and configured vanilla as a local host. How to add a new category to the forum?

I tried to follow the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=549E3ELiCzY but I am not able to find the page containing the forum settings at all

Hi, should be easy to do this: domain.com/index.php?p=/vanilla/settings/categories
