looking for a plugin to make vanilla url's friendly

Thanks to anyone who replies much appreciated example: domain.com/index.php?p=/discussion/1/welcome-to-awesome#latest should be domain.com/discussion/1/welcome-to-awesome#latest or even better domain.com/welcome-to-awesome#latest. I used the plugin before forgot the name.

Yes i also tried searching Google as well as the search box here, all links and info point to dead pages.

I added as the 1st line in Garden:
// Garden
$Configuration['Garden']['RewriteUrls'] =true;

Located at: /conf/config.php

Working.
