Create a working shoutbox plugin
All of vanilla users need a working shoutbox plugin. I know there are already plugins for it but no one working perfectly
they are all old versions. no one updated from many years
so create a new shoutbox plugin which will contain lot of features
i need which will show on categories page

It's strange, the number of people who want an addon made that they are sure is vital for Vanilla...
vanilla forums is a open source forum platform so i also expect this type plugin make anyone free, which can be use all vanilla users free

And you can contribute to making plugins too.
