How to ask for help when you get feed import errors?

If you want community help when you get errors attempting to import a feed with one of the FeedDiscussion plugins (there are three in the directory), you must:

  1. Write the URL of the feed.
  2. Write the version of the plugin you are using as well as Vanilla''s version. .
  3. If you use the FeedDiscussionPlus plugin, try the "feed validator" and indicate whether the feed passed the validation.
