when i try to install the theme it just says plugin not found?

I'm just a little surprised and don't know why you see this message! This theme does not need any plugin to install.
so what can i do to try and fix it?
i think i installed it correctly, i put the cloudy folder into themes and that was it.
what are the permissions for config.php? Try with 775.
