Change the content of Registration Confirmation E-Mail Message in 2.3

Hi,

Please can someone advise which file to edit in 2.3.1 to change the Confirmation email content on an English language forum?

I found some links by searching but it's for older versions and the files they reference can't be found in the locations given.
I tried editing /forum/applications/dashboard/locale/en.php
but it had no effect.

I think the file you are looking for is emailconfirm.php, which can be found in applications\dashboard\views\entry\

However, rather than trying to directly edit that file, you should use a locale file to 'translate' the relevant elements.

In Vanilla files, wherever you see lines prefixed with t( like this

t('Your email has been successfully confirmed.')

you can change it via locale.php
