Fatal error - The "Filler" control referenced by "Filler" does not appear to exist

Hi,

I am trying to do a fresh install of vanilla and am getting to the stage of 'go try it out' but then getting the following error message:

A new application has been completed by {applicant_name} ({applicant_email}). Approve or decline this application at: {application_url}
A fatal, non-recoverable error has occurred
Technical information (for support personel):

Error Message
The "Filler" control referenced by "Filler" does not appear to exist.
Affected Elements
ObjectFactory.CreateControl();

I am attempting to install on a Linux hosting platform using MySQL 4.0. Any ideas what I should try to get it working??
