What happened to the Add-on that shows the toolbar about the comments?

You know, the one with hyperlink and images and what not... I can't find it? I've looked through all of them twice...

    The BBinsterBar. I loaded that portion, but how in the world do you load the other half of it that allows you to post photos?

    Better BBCode?

    i've never installed it as i have an irrational loathing for BBCode, but there doesn't appear to be anything unusual about the installation judging from the code.

    I just installed both hacks required on http://webmasterden.com but nothing is displaying above the inputs. Any ideas? -edit got it...simple mistake
