Inbox page not found

when click on Inbox shows :
Not Found
The page you were looking for could not be found.
how do i fix it? (vanilla 2.6)

    This happened to me with an XAMPP install.

    It has been reported on Github.

    is this going to have a fix? or anyone has clue how to fix it? i noticed that the seems Flagging plugin inside the vanilla 2.6 also not working with an XAMPP install.
