Clicking discussion links show 'Something is Wrong' after upgrade

in Vanilla 2.0 - 2.8

Hey guys,

I went through and ran the upgrade script and followed the orders set by Vanilla for the upgrade.

However everything works fine apart from when you click on a discussion, it comes up with 'Something is Wrong'. I've enabled debug mode but have no idea what to look for.

Have a look at any post here and click them, you will see the debug info
