Cannot access /dashboard/settings/*

in Vanilla 2.0 - 2.8

Ever since upgrading to 2.6, I cannot access /dashboard/settings/*.

I can access other dashboard screens, like the moderation queue and user management because they aren't located in "settings".

The error "Page Not Found" is appearing, but the debug log doesn't show anything notable.

    Have you deleted the file class.settingscontroller.php following the upgrade description? You also need to clear vanillas cache afterwards

    I deleted the file, cleared caches, ran /utilities/update... Nada :/
