Cannot upload (files, images, or avatars) [RESOLVED]

I'm on a self-hosted implementation. Whenever I try to change my avatar, upload a file, or image, via Advanced Editor, or whatever else, it will either fail, or error. Basically, I cannot upload in any form. Is there something I haven't setup? Or something?

Fixed it. Sorry! I didn't realise I didn't have PHP GD installed.
